The Narrative Intelligence Test — TIN™
TIN™ measures how a person works with experience: how they perceive what happens to them, how they turn it into meaning, and how that meaning becomes behavior.
The result is a narrative profile across three independent dimensions: dominant type of narrative thinking, temporal orientation, and level of narrative maturity.
The group TIN™ report is an analytical map of a team’s narrative profiles — a diagnosis of the team as a system.
If you want to understand not just what your employee is like, but how they think, what events mean to them, whether they are able to change their narrative, and how they will behave in a crisis — TIN™ gives answers found nowhere else.
The test was developed under the aegis of the Association de l’Intelligence Narrative® (ADIN). Its methodology is described in a series of books on applied narratology and narrative intelligence. The instrument is undergoing psychometric validation and is in active scientific development.
